2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
Barrel aged for 24 months with 25% new oak, then bottle aged for another year to make this enjoyable now as well as with addition cellaring. Deep and dark in hue, a swirl brings scents of cherry cola, allspice, and graham cracker. The palate is lively with cherry, pomegranate and plum notes leading to a rich, lingering finish.
Try it with a juicy steak, eggplant moussaka, aged cheese...mmm.
