2009 Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark and deeply garnet in color with brick-like edges, the wine visually tells you of its bold structure. A swirl releases an earthy bouquet of olive tapenade, tobacco leaf and plums. On the palate, black currant and dried plums mingle with clove spice, dried porcini mushroom and a tarry undertone. The tannins are fine-grained and supple, with an impression of chewiness and hints of vanilla fleshing out the finish.
