Tasting Notes

Our late harvest fortified estate syrah possesses strong notes of candied cherry, plum, and dark chocolate. Suggestions of deep mocha, and sweet dark cherry fill the mouth with intensity and body. This great dessert wine is a perfect accompaniment to chocolate, bread pudding, rum raisin icecream, or as a dessert on it's own.
