95% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Sémillon.
Wonderful with seafood, pasta primavera or as an aperitif.

It even looks crisp with the pale gold hue of the wine. Aromas of lime zest and gooseberry mingle with a bit of jasmine, and lead to a refreshing first sip. Pretty acidity with hints of Meyer lemon and grapefruit pith, are joined by dried pineapple and white peach flavors. The finish is clean and long with wild herb and a stony minerality.
