The two varietals were fermented and aged seperately, both in neutral oak, new French oak and stainless steel. The final blend created a full bodied white white with just a kiss of oak.

A beautiful white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The two varietals were fermented and aged separately in a combination of new French oak, neutral oak and stainless steel. The final blend has a lush silky mouthfeel with a rich backbone from Semillon and a bright tropical nose from Sauvignon Blanc. Notes of dried apricots and a subtle nuttiness on the palate paired with ripe tropical flavors on the nose.
